Jim began flying in 1980, while studying Physics at Rutgers University. He earned his instrument rating in 2003. His favorite flights are over the Delaware Water Gap, up the Hudson at night, and into Baltimore-Washington International. He can be overheard explaining how “Flying is absolutely the single most fun thing you will ever do” and “The only thing better than learning to fly is learning to fly a little better” in our ground school most every Sunday afternoon.
